It doesn't 'do' anything other than look cool and prove that you completed the game to 100% really fast.

I should be eligible for that damn key, I did everything but the pigeons on my first profile, and that's only 'cos the fucking thing glitched on me and said I'd done 199 pigeons when I'd definitely done 200. I actually went to the locations of every single flying rat twice. :mad:
