took me awhile to figure this out..

So I thought I would work on getting my friends up to 90% for the achievement but Dwayne would not answer his phone at any time and I didn't have options to do anything with him. So after some searching on the internet I found out that you have to reply to his email and then he calls you... phew thought I was screwed, hope this helps if someone runs into the same problem.

if you kill him he doesnt count

It's only the people that are still alive that count for the Liberty City 5 achievement.
