What are your thoughts on it?

Im quite impressed at how shiny it looks,
i think im gonna end up buying a decent arcade joystick for this game.

Im not sure about El Blaze though at the moment i dont like using him,
ive not tried using Eileen yet.

Am2 normally do a great job of balancing all the characters though,
so theres not 1 cheap easy win character like in other fighters.

With the patches we get for other games now on xbox live,
theres no reason we cant get an update of the next aracde upgrade when its made.

Incase you didnt know am2 make slight adjustments and revisions to virtua fighter every few months when they feel its needed to balance the game out and tweak it,
hopefully they will do the same for the 360 version.
:)

Heres an old interview Euro gamer had with an AM2 team member.

I really hope they do the multiplayer right on live, the reason why is because VF is a very timed fighting game to get good combos and if the lag is an issue online then its not going to be fun to play.

I mean the demo is frikken awsome and i love fighting games but i really hope they sort out the online stuff.

But other than that

its worth the download :D

Yeh I like it, it seems good enough. I'm glad its less of a button bashers game anyway. I really liked Soul Calibur II and played it enough to get good at it, but anyone could button bash and win with a long distance weapon or a fast character.

Also mentioned before is the whole online thing, as VF5 is pure precision and timing, if lag is even the slightest issue I'm sure you'll have the purists in uproar. But as the Fleabaggy one says, am2 are good enough to update things constantly so who knows they could have it smooth as JDM's pristine controllers.;
