We had 10 copies of the game and said they were NTSC and Pal, so it would have been strange if 9 were for one region and 1 for the other.
As opposed to having 5 of each english speaking region.

Only 5 copies for PAL? There were only 13 that registered for the contest. 5 winners out of 13 is pretty good odds. Beats the 2 out of 82 for NTSC :P.

Even though both Koei Corporation and Koei LTD are under the same Koei name they work seperate to each other. I first secured five pal versions then thought oh noes Triple will moan about another Pal only contest, So I then spoke to Koei Corp to sort out that side of things.

The main thing for me was to secure the same amount of games for both regions so members on both side of the pond would be looked after. It was just the luck of the draw that the Subscriber and 100+ post winners were all American.
