No act 2 Achievement??

Im going thru my 1st playthrough on hardcore and never recieved complete Act 2 or complete Act 2 on hardcore achs.....has anyone else had this problem???? any ideas????

did you choose "harcore" when you started a new game. or did you switch difficulties mid-way in the game. I dunno why everyone is having issues with those achievements. I unlocked them when the act completed, with no problems what so ever
