Bare in mind these are the scores I got. Some of them might have just been an Ace, while others might be well above the needed score. Aim for these scores before the time bonus, but still make the mission pretty quick. If you find it difficult completing mission quickly, destroy as many objectives as you can.

I found this is easiest on the fourth mission - "Shadow of the Pyramids". At some point throughout the mission, one of your objectives is to destroy the vehicles that are dropped out of enemy planes and parachute down. Shoot at the chute to easily destroy it. About 5 vehicles drop from a plane and they are all above one another, making it even easier to hit them. Destroy 15 within a few seconds of each other and this achievement is yours.

Successfully use defensive weapons 50 times over the course of the campaign.
Use a defensive weapon by pressing x. There are several types of defensive weapons to be used throughout the game. If you do not get this achievement after completing all of the missions, go back and do the mission where you use smoke to blind the enemies or use the shock to disable them. Fly towards the ground or a wall with them following you close behind and then use the defensive weapon and pull up. They should still be heading in the same direction and crash themselves, awarding you with the kill.

Your turret gunners score 15 kills in the single player campaign.
Fly in front of your enemies to allow your turret gunner to get a clear shot at them. Be careful, though, as you are then quite vulnerable to attacks. Use LT to lock the camera on to an enemy to make sure you know what is going on. Also, this method is best used against a group of bombers as they travel in a straight line for most of the time.

Your wingmen score at least 50 kills over the course of the single player campaign.
Press up on the d-pad until the three points turn red. This means that your wingmen are in offensive mode. Also, press right on the d-pad to activate Cowboy's special ability - Ace Attack. While in this mode, he will usually shoot down three or four enemies. Once it has recharged, use it again. If you find yourself under a lot of fire, press left on the d-pad to activate Teach's special ability - Taunt. This will make all enemies currently attacking you temporarily attack him. Take down those targets so they don't bother you after the effect has worn off. If things get really bad, press up on the d-pad until the points turn blue. This means your wingmen are in defensive mode.

In co-op, up on the d-pad issues a "repair me" request. If someone on your team uses this command, press up to respond and press the buttons that appear on the screen to repair your comrade. Down on the d-pad requests for a fellow team mate to "taunt" the enemies. Pressing down on the d-pad will accept the request and all enemies currently targeting the requester will target you instead.
In adversarial modes, up on the d-pad requests for your team mates to attack your target. Respond by pressing up on the d-pad yourself to target your allies target. Down on the d-pad requests "defend me". Accept this request by pressing down on the d-pad and automatically switch the the player with the highest threat on your ally.

Skirmish - missions with time limit, just enemies. Die too many times and you fail.

Dogfight - team deathmatch
Assault - attack and defend style game mode
Kamikaze - same as Assault but a suicide mission
Capture the Flag - classic Capture the Flag in planes
Epic Battles - you must compete with the opposing team to complete objectives

I found this is easiest on the fourth mission - "Shadow of the Pyramids". At some point throughout the mission, one of your objectives is to destroy the vehicles that are dropped out of enemy planes and parachute down. Shoot at the chute to easily destroy it. About 5 vehicles drop from a plane and they are all above one another, making it even easier to hit them. Destroy 15 within a few seconds of each other and this achievement is yours.

Use a defensive weapon by pressing x. There are several types of defensive weapons to be used throughout the game. If you do not get this achievement after completing all of the missions, go back and do the mission where you use smoke to blind the enemies or use the shock to disable them. Fly towards the ground or a wall with them following you close behind and then use the defensive weapon and pull up. They should still be heading in the same direction and crash themselves, awarding you with the kill.

Fly in front of your enemies to allow your turret gunner to get a clear shot at them. Be careful, though, as you are then quite vulnerable to attacks. Use LT to lock the camera on to an enemy to make sure you know what is going on. Also, this method is best used against a group of bombers as they travel in a straight line for most of the time.

Press up on the d-pad until the three points turn red. This means that your wingmen are in offensive mode. Also, press right on the d-pad to activate Cowboy's special ability - Ace Attack. While in this mode, he will usually shoot down three or four enemies. Once it has recharged, use it again. If you find yourself under a lot of fire, press left on the d-pad to activate Teach's special ability - Taunt. This will make all enemies currently attacking you temporarily attack him. Take down those targets so they don't bother you after the effect has worn off. If things get really bad, press up on the d-pad until the points turn blue. This means your wingmen are in defensive mode.

In co-op, up on the d-pad issues a "repair me" request. If someone on your team uses this command, press up to respond and press the buttons that appear on the screen to repair your comrade. Down on the d-pad requests for a fellow team mate to "taunt" the enemies. Pressing down on the d-pad will accept the request and all enemies currently targeting the requester will target you instead.
In adversarial modes, up on the d-pad requests for your team mates to attack your target. Respond by pressing up on the d-pad yourself to target your allies target. Down on the d-pad requests "defend me". Accept this request by pressing down on the d-pad and automatically switch the the player with the highest threat on your ally.
