Go to xboxlive.com and find someone who has all of the achievements so you can get them all in color if possible.
Make sure they are the standard 64x64, 24 bit, JPG images.
Click on File -> Create OA File
Fill in the games name, the maximum points you can achieve in the game, and stick the full URL of each forum/url (ex: http://www.consoleheroes.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=423 )
Then add each achievement one by one. Fill in it's name, point value, description and image. To get the image, click Browse and go to the folder on your computer that you saved the images from xboxlive.com. Select the image and click Open.
Once you are done click "Save Achievement".
Do this for every achievement in the game.
If you need to edit any achievement you've added you can double click on it to open an edit window.
If you need to delete an achievement that you've added you can click on it and hit the "delete" key on your keyboard.
Once you are done adding all the achievements, make sure that you double check everything. Once you are sure everything is correct, click "Save OA File" and save it to anyplace on your computer.
Click "Close".
Congratulations! You've just created your first OA file! Now don't forget to post it in the submissions forum.
If you want that game to show up in your games list, once back on the main window, click File -> Add Game and browse to where you saved it. Click the OA file and click Open. It will now be in your list.
