I think it would make this site much better if you were required to put achievement pictures up with the guide and lists etc.

Being that they can all be found on Xbox.com I don't see how that would be a "pain in the neck". I mean they're there, they're free, and we have an img tag icon so you just have to copy and paste the link to the picture. Sounds fairly simple to me.

Like The Orange Box (99)? Lol, yeah I can understand however I really do like this idea. I feel that guides might work out better if done by small groups as opposed to individuals. I'm a stickler for well written, deep details, along with look and feel of how a guide is presented. Granted I've never written one myself that doesn't mean I couldn't take one already done and make it stand out and more useful.

Guides require achievements. Achievements require pictures. Do you wanna see a blank screen wen you unlock an acievement:p? I like this idea.

Only because you used the images directly from "another" site.

Using them from Xbox.com is perfectly fine!

Here is my one and only reason for NOT agreeing with this. In the near future, not distant, but near future, our beloved and wonderful Homepage will be up. Where all of our wonderful and well written guides will be posted, along with the achievement lists and other little special goodies that we have in store for you. Now, before anyone goes all "but we've been hearing about the hompage for months" and any other little qualms, everyone must remember we are less than 90 days out of the shoot, and not everything happens at once nor right on target with these things. So, back to what I was saying, putting in the Images in the guides and in the lists is a futile effort. Both will have images once the mainpage is up and running. The guides themselves will still be maintained as a thread in the forum, there will not be any of the "The guide is located here" threads. That removes from all the previous questions asked and answers given, and in my view is an injustice to the writer of said guide. But, having the images in there is work that does not need to be created.

I agree with Rocket I don't see the need to put achievment pictures because not only does t take more time it some times takes more posts than normal. Also does it really matter what it looks like you'll see it once you get it:confused:. So all you really need is the guide and you will see it once you get it and if you are that anxioius to see it look at someone's profile on xbox.com and vask in the glory of the picture.

Not the original ones I saw. They had that tell tale border around them that is put on all of their images.
