****There is a 50 post requirement for all members to be able to buy/sell/trade on these forums****

1. All transactions that take place are to be conducted using PayPal services only. There are no exceptions to this rule. One (1) violation to this is subject to a permanent ban from the For Sale and Trade section of the forums, if not the forums completely.

2. All sales and transactions are final. If you feel that you did not get the product that you paid for, this is what PayPal is for. There will be no bickering or arguing amongst buyers and sellers.

3. One seller per thread. Do not jump into someone’s thread saying that you have the same item for less or anything of that nature.

4. You may list as many items as you would like to sell in one thread. Do not create more than one thread.

5. You may bump your thread in this area of the forums only; and only if it has been one (1) week since that last post. That is seven (7) days.

6. This area for right now is for video games and video game accessories. In the future, we may branch out into other items, but we are on a trial run.

7. When buying and selling items, please make all payment arrangements in the respective threads themselves. This will allow the staff at ConsoleHeroes.com to monitor and maintain the integrity of the transaction.

8. Shipping is to be handled as follows: Shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer, and the price needs to be included in the original price of the item. If you are selling an item for $40 and shipping will be $5, your ad need say 'G.R.A.W. 2 $40 + $5 shipping. If your shipping price could vary dependant on where you ship your items, give that reasoning. No purchases/sales are to be made until a shipping price is verified and confirmed. It is at the buyers and sellers discretion on whether or not insurance and/or delivery verifcation and tracking numbers are used, but it is highly recommended.

9. Please follow the example of how a thread should be named and utilized. The example can be found here (http://www.consoleheroes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4219)

10. Once a transaction is completed, both the buyer and seller need to leave Feedback in the respective thread(s). This will ensure that both payment and item were successfully received and that all parties are satisfied with the transaction.

11. All PayPal addresses need to be PM'ed between buyer and seller. All tracking numbers need be done the same way. This is the only information that should be passed between members via PM. If a problem arises with shipping or payment, this needs to be noted in the thread, but can be discussed between buyer and seller via PM.

*Disclaimer* ConsoleHeroes.com, its Staff and affiliates are not liable for any and all transactions. If you feel that you were wronged or sold an item that was not as suggested, we apologize, but are not at fault. The Staff at ConsoleHeroes.com cannot and will not refund any monies at any time.

I suggest you make use of vBulletin's features which actually allow you to prevent people from posting if they don't meet certain criteria.

Ah, the asshole response. Gee, couldn't have foreseen that.

I'll be leaving now, and not returning. This site's clearly not worth my time. It would appear you're all too busy seeing who can make the most obnoxious signature pics to worry about saying anything worth reading.

Okay that's your choice but he's pretty much restating the first post.

We prefer to not babysit our users by setting limits on everything. This allows questions and whatnot to be asked within these forums as well.

I have 11 games listed on Ebay. Can I make a thread and put my Ebay link in the thread along with the games in the Ebay auction? Or does this site not allow Ebay links and auctions?

I didn't see anything in the Rules about Ebay, so just thought I would ask before I made a thread.

If there isn't any rules for eBay then I'd say that's probably fine.

You're fine bro.

You should give your shipping price a little knock down if it's an x3h member though, just as a common courtesy;)

Actually I just posted in my auction thread that if a member of x3h wins the auction, I would make shipping free. So hopefully that's common courtesy. :)

Well I'm trying to get Rock Band 2, so I'm selling those games and my PS3(just don't have the time for it). So I'm trying to get enough money for Rock Band 2. I work a part-time job, but only get paid every 2 weeks, so I would not get paid until a week from this Friday. So trying to rile up some money.
