Hey Guys
Are you sick of gettin the low disk space error on your computer? Do you have loads of music, videos, and photos on your computer that you can't get rid of because of your precious iPod?
Well I have come to help:D
1. Plug in your external HD into your computer
2. Make a new folder in there(e.g. iTunes Folder)
3. Go into iTunes
4. On the top click: Edit-Preferences-Advanced
5. In Advanced, pick change iTunes Music Library location, and go browse until you find the folder that you had created earlier
6. Click OK:D
7. After that, all your music will be transfered to that folder in your external HD.(If it does not transfer automatically, go into your music/video/photo library, and press Ctrl + A and drag them into the created folder in your external HD.)
8. From then on, when accessing iTunes w/o your external HD plugged in, iTunes will say that the library cannot be found.(Just plug it in:p)
-This has been a JoHnOfDaDeAd tutorial.
There may be some errors. If someone finds something wrong, reply, and I will fix it. I tried doing this last night, and I tried it at least 20 different ways before getting it to work. If it does not work for you, I might have given you a tutorial for doing it the wrong way:p So if something seems wrong or if this tut is not working, I will post up the new one:D
