Call of Duty 4

Hey, just wondering if anyone has considered participating or creating a call of duty 4 tournie, ive noticed that a large proportion of this site at least own this game if not play on it regularly making its community much better, and perhaps a tournie would be a good way to improve this and have fun at a competitive level. what do you guys think?

It's over. Everyone is waiting for the achievements and HP to be given out respectively. And I think Tournaments always come to a vote. when the vote comes around, COD4 will be one of the options, and if you want, vote for it.

Don't get me wrong, I think it'll win, but we have to wait for due process to take place, majority rules and all.

Right now we're in the process of trying to find a new Tournament Director, as Boss has resigned. Once we do, we'll vote for the next Retail Tournament. ;)

Dammit. Hold on. :p First there needs to be a tournament director, so there are no fiascos going on inthe next tourny. Also, Volume, you make a good point; Halo was selected by the mods, becuase at the time, no one had much all else to compete in. However, now since there are different choices people want, a vote should be held. Right?

I know some of us have been pushing for a shadowrun tournament since back when we first started the DT months ago. Id probably vote for that over CoD4 and i love that game. Either way if either one wins be prepared to feel the force of Insane Exane :D

It really could be some fun either way, id like a chance to play with some people that ive never got around to playing with. Both games are popular on these boards so i would love to see a huge participation rate from you guys ;)

Gotta be Shadowrun, and we've gotta get the original Dream Team together. Hell, even Nightmare Division can group back together. This is, however, assuming Shadowrun is picked for the next tournament.

Let's hold off on team formation until the Halo 3 tournament is complete. Don't want to make this more confusing than it already is.

I have to agree that SR would make a better game than COD... one of the biggest problems with the H3 tourney was coordinating everybody for the matches, the more players the harder it is... with COD having few players (4 or less) is a nightmare... but SR plays well with a smaller number... personally I would have liked to see a 2v2 tournament next... I felt that the Halo tourney was just too difficult when it came to coordinating 8 busy people for one game.

HAHA, only reason I said SR or nothing else is because I don't have COD4...whenever I played I was borrowing from my buddy...and he's all Halo'ed out, so all he plays now is COD4...no chance in getting it back..
