I gave rep to someone like 2 months ago , and i just went to give him rep for a different post and it says i have to spread it around before i give it to him again:confused:

I dont want to go give rep to some random person so i can give it to the person i want to

This is in place so Heroes can't play favorites. I'll shorten the time between spreading...but this is a failsafe so that someone doesn't have a few people that always spread them the rep.
