Survivor means "the one who outlives another". You have outlived your enemies in Arcade Mode.
From the menu, choose Arcade Mode. Then, choose a plane and complete the mission. Do it with all 32 planes to unlock. For every plane you do it with, it upgrades that plane's stats. This is a very time consuming achievement.

You have been recognized as The Ace Killer! All the other Aces have accepted defeat.
From the main menu, choose Duel Mode. Then, choose a plane and shoot down the enemy plane. The enemy plane is the same is yours. Do it with all 32 planes to unlock. For every plane you do it with, it unlocks a new skin for that plane.

For this achievement and "The Ace of Aces", you must complete all 18 campaign missions and get 5 stars (ace). This is pretty tough, especially on "Rabaul Raid" and "Berlin". Time and kills are taken in to consideration, so make sure you take out, naval, air and land units while doing it as quick as possible. To see which missions you have not completed at Ace level, check your medals. There is 18 medals for completing the 18 different missions with an Ace rank.

With valor comes recognition. Your rank in the Air Force tells your full measure.
For this achievement, you need to destroy a certain amount of sea, land an air units throughout the entire campaign. It might take you more than one play through to get this achievement. I got it when I'd gone back after completing the campaign to get the Ace achievements.

You have unlocked and collected all the planes and you became a real WWII Collector.
For this, you need to get at least 3 stars on all campaign missions. 2 stars will unlock one plane, and 3 stars will unlock the second. Once you have completed the campaign, you will then unlock the mini-campaign. The mini-campaign has two sections: the bomber and dogfight. Complete the bomber campaign to unlock the two bombers and the dogfight campaign to unlock the two fighter planes.
