Now when I first saw this advertised and saw it was a Mel Gibson directed film I didnt really fancy watching it, since watching the Passion of Christ was the most suicidal three hours of my life.

But man...I was really wrong, this film is the ducking shiz. The action is incredible from the word go, it's possibly the most intense flick i've seen for a while.

For those of you who havent seen it, go see it. You won't regret it.

Personally I like Gibson as a director and somewhat enjoyed Passion of the Christ, but when this film was first released I wasn't so sure about it besides for some time now I just don't like going to theaters. I found this on HBO On-Demand so I watched it. Like Flash said it is very intense, has a great story to it and kind of gives you a "kick in the pants" towards the end with one scene.

I checked last night and its still on On-Demand so I'll have to watch it again soon. :D

Apocalypto was a very cool movie, but some segments felt it was out of a documentary dramatizations, with the strange camera choices, which was a little weird. Nonetheless, definitly worth checking out.

Wen i first saw it was advertised, i thought hell yeah, i cant remeber the certificate but i believe i was to young, nearly all of the reviews i've seen however sed that it was terrible.

When I saw this I didn't think it was that bad but some of the stuff kind of made me go "there's no way that would happen."Also I didn't like that fact that a lot of it was him running through the jungle other than that I thought it was a good movie overall

the most intense moment for me was when they had him up on the sacrifice altar and were just gutting people and then ..well i wont say what happens and everything but i was about to lose it....OR the scence where he rocks that main guys son and then its off the races through the jungle..great film though!
