This is my living room Setup: http://img127.imageshack.us/img127/4229/setupnb5.jpg
The TV is a 65" Mitsubishi Rear Projection DLP 1080P HDTV.
The left tower contains my Xbox1, HD DVR, a Wireless Router, Divx compatible DVD player, My 1000 Watt 5.1 Sony audio receiver, my PS2, and my Wii. Also there's a Component video/optical audio switch keeping it all playing nice together..I also have a Harmony remotes that controls everything via one button macros.
My 360 is out of sight under the black drape across the bottom of the TV
The right tower contains my MAC Mini, my Video digitizer, a wired network switch and normally, my PS3.
You can also see my ridiculous collection of fake plastic guitars, and my Mic stand on the left and my drum throne that the guitars are leaning on.
The PS3 is currently situated in my Theater Room:
This picture is the theater room screen. It is 108"

This picture is looking backward from the front of the screen at the front row of 4 Rocker seats. They all have Bass shakers attached to the back of them so they shake the crap out of you. The back row is a fully reclining loveseat on a 14" raised platform with bass shakers under each seat:

The final picture is the gear running the theater room An HD DVR, 5 Disc DVD changer, 1500 Watt 6.1 Sony Receiver with 6 Bass shakers (one in each seat at 50watts each) and my PS3. this room also features the same compnoent video/Optical audio switch, and a Harmony remote all programmed up and a wired router for connecting consoles or computers:

I don't need a capture card, I have a digitizer..And thanks to your advice to Soldat yesterday, I found out that I can use the tv switch and it will still output to component (granted only in 480i), so its split from the 360 to digitizer with the composite side and to the TV with component..See the results in my 2 newest videos..

Wow that is one nice set-up. I especially like the little pink couch on the TV. Reminds me of my set-up just not as big and fancy. But lots of toys and pink stuff on and around it.
Gotta love those daughters:D

lol...There's 2 guitars for PS2, 2 Explorers for GH2/3 and the strat for Rock Band..I also have a Les Paul for PS3, but it isnt in the picture as I boxed it back up to sell on ebay since the GH3 lag on PS3 makes it unplayable for me..I think they have released a patch, but I havent retried it to see if it makes any difference. Since Rock Band came out, I hardly ever play GH anymore..As far as cost for the equipment goes, Yeah, It is a little pricey probably about 5 grand for each room. Not too bad though..

Thanks!
I don't have any daughters though..lol..I figure the day I have kids, that whole setup will have to go bye bye..I don't know if i'll ever be ready for that..
anyhoo..That pink couch is a Family guy thing with Stewie and Brian on the couch that talks when it detects an infrared remote signal..It got really annoying to hear a phrase every time you change the channel or adjust the volume or look at the viewing guide and so forth, so I turned it off..

I haven't got to see them yet! I can only see them at home and I've only got time for RB and the wifey lately :) But I'm glad I could help! I love just flipping the switch to record, it's not as pretty, but it gets the job done rather nicely!
I don't know what a digitizer is, however, or what it does... explain :)

This is a slightly newer version of what I have..http://www.formac.com/webapp/products_av_studiodeluxe.php
It converts any analog signal (composite, svideo, or coax) to a DV signal..I capture into imovie (about a 1GB file per song) and export as divx (compressed to about 50MB) and post up to youtube

nice set up by the way :D
we have a 42"(i think) lcd and surround sound... theater-esk. it makes me want to wait to watch movies at home rather than the theater because of the blu-ray. i never thought i would care about surround sound gaming but i couldn't go back to not having it.

Thanks! Yeah surround is becoming more and more necessary for alot of games, especially shooters so you can hear what's going on all around you.
