View Full Version : Bionic Commando Remake Coming to Xbox Live Arcade

The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that Capcom plans to release a remake of the NES Bionic Commando on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network.

The original Japanese version of Bionic Commando for the NES was called Top Secret: Hitler's Revival and had you fighting futuristic Nazis, with the final boss being Adolf Hitler. In the U.S., the game was renamed Bionic Commando: Master D Revival Plan and all references to Nazism were removed and the final boss's name was changed to "Master-D," even if he still resembled Hitle.

Wow, I hope they keep that music, sounds awesome. Looks amazing too, for an arcade game, love the lighting effects.

Huh!? What?! Oh sorry I had to take a nap. All that awesome wore me out.

Super fucking stoked for this. Co-Op makes me want to punch my nuts off. It better be over live because local co-op would be useless for me. The video didn't specify so I'm keeping my nuts crossed for that.

dude the original was awesome, i played it all the way through.. which says alot for the old nes games.. having to start over when you die and all that shiz. it's definitely one of the best games that came out for nes and the xbla version looks amazing, i dont normally buy the arcade games but this will have to be an exception.
