It's a licensing agreement. By using the picture you agree that you will do so only to promote the site and that you won't make any money off of it.

The font isn't owned by the site, and is not subject to this agreement.

Yeah so like if you create some clothes and whatnot then sell them out of the trunk of your car Code will come take your house, games, car, whatever is of value. Don't mess with him, I've seen him do it. :p

Edit: I changed my avatar, and i used the fist in it. I just wanna make sure thats okay with you guys. Honestly i might sound stupid but i really don't want to get in trouble with this.

Those kinds of things are promoting the site. Of course you can do it. If you ever doubt that the way you're using it could be wrong...just PM someone. We'll never just ban you without good reason.

Here's what I like to use...
R: 160
G: 202
B: 64

You can also Color pick a color you want to use, then drag it into the colors panel on the right. Then just give it a name and it'll save into your PS.
