Ok, I just got done toying with this demo and I have to say its put together fairly nicely. For those who don't know the story Turning Point: Fall of Liberty is a "what if" game where Nazi Germany invades the United States. The opening scene shows Nazi bombers dropping a few bombs at the base of the Statue of Liberty as they make their way into New York City. You're a construction worker or so it seems who is a bare still being constructed skyscraper once the bombs start dropping you start making you way down and get the pleasure of shoving off a fascist off the top of a walk way and steal his gun. Then carry on until you get to the streets below.

It's of course set in the late 30's early 40's so you WWII gamers should enjoy this game, but it's also appealing to gamers such as myself who were never really into WWII games. This kind of lives outside of the WWII games in the fact that its a factious story, one thats very appealing to people who are into history like myself.

As usual its a control system unique to the game so you have to adjust to it. I'd recommend this for everyone to try out at least, Codemasters has done a great job, it looks great and feels solid with a few little items I'd tune if I were them.

The idea of shoot more Nazis just makes my stomach turn anymore. I think we have punished those germans enough don't you. Do you think they get pissed anytime a game like this is made? It's probably the most racist tare in video games ever. It seems like every five games includes killing Nazis. I mean if we added all the Nazies up it would probably be enough to have killed every Nazi that ever lived.....two and a half times.

But in all honesty I think I'm going to start a new orginization. I'm going to call it the Organization for the Fair and Ethical Treatment of Nazis in Video Games. Or OFETNVG for short.

But yeah there are too many games with 1 world war 2 theme and its starting to get really annoying but this does sound like a fun game

I've been following this game for awhile now, as I'm intrigued by the premise of an alternate timeline . The demo was pretty fun to play though a bit short. I'm hoping the achievements aren't too heavily weighted towards the multiplayer.
