I didn't realize this achievement until after I had finished the 2nd memory block. I know for a fact I didn't talk to the girl after the 1st block, so is there a way to replay the part where I can talk to her or do I have to start a new game?

As far as I know you have to start over. Same thing for all those memory glitches as well. If you don't get them on one straight playthrough you have to do it again.

Yeah I f-ed up on my first play through. I didn't remember to do that either even though I knew about it.

Yeah i knew about the memory glitches, but i didnt really know about the conversationalist one. I must have missed the first one so now i have to go through the wholegame again.
