Scroll bar in the notes section

As you have to highlight and drag things as all the notes dont show otherwise.

I noted this somewhere as an issue. It will most definitely be there on the next version.

When we moved the notes section from the right side to the tab....I didn't get the scrollbars on there.

Also the game list as some titles names are obscured.
